I do not have dial-up with this company but just a general comment about them: they are bl**dy useless!!

We have had broadband with them for quite a few years, starting when they were Freeserve. They are always very difficult to contact and I have had no end of billing c*ck-ups.

I decided to move to another company a few months ago but they offered such a good price for me to stay that I felt I couldn't refuse.

As ever, I wasn't told that the company is now Orange and wondered why a payment had gone to Orange this month on my bank statement. It is obviously too much for them to keep their customers informed about anything so these probs are no surprise.
