We don't own any so we aren't going to pay for the upgrade, but if we buy some we will.
Sounds like US carriers being subsidised by their Government to me and they have the cheek to have a go at airbus over launch aid that will be repaid. How many US airports will repay the money to upgrade if it gets dished out - at a guess NONE.
