Most guys who've worked with FECA(including myself) have been there around 2-4 years, built up our time and moved on to fly jets elsewhere..it's a great company for the hours,it's usually a good bunch of pilots and I had a great time there....only crib would be the 0300 departures...had to set three alarm clocks to stumble out of bed...
