It's a start, but you could try one of the operators?
ATC will give you more of an insight and would probably be a 'helluva' lot more interesting than "Customer Services". Best thing to do would be find out who the SATCO (Senior Air Traffic Controller) is and ask him directly?
Any experience you can get is always valuable!
