Air Canada does not hire direct entry captain. Its all seniority so you would start as a first officer on either an Embraer 170 or A320 for a long....long...time
Unlike India, most FOs at Air Canada have more than 2800TT jet. Captains generally have anywhere between 11,000Hrs and up at AC. Best of luck to you.
