THOMSON: First Officers wishing to apply must have 1500 hours total time to include either 500 hours jet experience or 1000 turbo hours. 737/757 Type Rated First Officers may apply with a minimum of 300 hours line experience.

FLYBE: Mentored Airline Pilot Scheme
The MAP's scheme for 2006 is now closed. Flybe currently intends to run a number of MAP's courses with our Training Partner Flight Training Europe. Please look for an advertisement in Flight International for the 2007 scheme or follow the link to the Flight Training Europe website.
Pilot sponsorship

BRITISH: Currently all future British Airways pilots are recruited through our Direct Entry Pilot Scheme This is only for those who already have flying expertise, either gained with HM Services or in the commercial aviation industry.
