Over here we fly 100's and 400's; yaw damper OFF T.O for the 100 w/ flaps 5 or 15 (normally 5, 15 for a couple of short runways we frequent); flaps 5, 10 or 15 (normally 15) w/ yaw damper ON T.O. in the 400.
