Bill Reid presumably retired some years ago.... he might have been a grumpy old so and so but he did know how to fit flying helmets correctly.
he certainly has, but is still to be seen around EGOS.
Apparently he started his career as a rigger (fabric), and has been doing some great work on the Horsa surfaces for the
Assault Glider Project alongside that young carpenter, one "Lofty" Marshall .......
