passengers may complain a little but we're relieved since 1 broken seat = 3-6 seats unserviceable and therefore very tight for seating in the rest of the aircraft....and impossible to do a full flight. good thing they no longer recline!
'IS' never had reclining seats. All aircraft delivered 'IK' onwards were of a non-reclining seat nature. For your info, the following aircraft are recliners G-EZEA-Z, G-EZIA-K, along with G-EZDC,NC,MS,SM and G-EJJB,AR & the rather strangely registered G-HMCC
