It would be madness to fly with 32ft margin, above and below. Why would you not just fly around it?

I was referring to the text in the Botlang AM

A standard overhead join is preferred but other joins may be requested.
A "standard" overhead join will require you to fly over the landing end of the runway at 2000ft AAL. Unless I've missed something, this will put you only 64ft below the LTMA.
