They say " No news is good news", but I can't believe that PMA would sit on good, morale boosting stuff like this for long.
The way I see it there are 2 options. All WSOp's will be paid the same, all Sgt's will stay on the high band (for recruitment reasons) and all MACR and FS's will be on the same band. Now for the $64,000 question. Do ALM's go up or do AE's and Eng's go down?
Seeing as one of the big plus points for the ALM's going up (Sar Boys) have just been sold off, what are the chances of the former being correct?
I wouldn't take out that car loan just yet!!
I live in hope, but am realistic about the way todays company is run (or is that cynical!!)
