Some of the worst colds here are had in the height of summer.
Don't know what it is today but its only 43C and about 20% humidity but it was hard walking around.
I'd rather be in Jeddah where its only 31C right now.
As for keeping cool outside, all you have to do is be thankful its not Aug/Sep when its 45C+ and 100%+ humidity
