I know of some people in centres who have taken over 2 1/2 years to get their rating because of staffing problems to train them - not their ability! What does that say about an organisation? BUT, there always seems to be jobs for 'the boys'. ASA, if you were a normal business, you would be out of business in less than 6 months. You are a joke!!!
