As the company is now deep into Administration (actually now no longer trading) I am led to believe that no action will be taken against any of the directors while any sale is going through. HM Customs and Ex and Companies House have been involved in the Administration procedure.
Getting back to any potential sale, the value of the 'stock' seems to plummet by the day as any potential buyer looks in depth at just how much money will be needed to get ANY of these aircraft flying again. The two 'potential' buyers have both adjusted their price, not to the liking of KPMG, and I have to say, I am glad that I am not a creditor, as you can bet your life that they are going to loose out big time.
7 different organisations have looked at the 'stock' and walked away, its a mammoth job to get any of this going again, I said last week to expect a decision, but I am hearing more and more that this may rumble on for weeks.
