I work as crew ( not ryanair) and we carry a £20 float and on the first sector of the day everyone wants to pay with a £20 note and they don't want Scottish notes in their change
It has got to the point now i simple say sorry but can't sell you a 75p can of juice if you only have a £20 note and guess what they always find change they didn't have. Come on we are not a bank.
