here ) states :
Use only PC2100 DDR SDRAM modules ( 266 Mhz ).
Your PC supports a maximum of 1.5Gb memory and has 3 x 184 pin slots to accept the memory modules.
A single Kingston 512Mb module will cost around £32.00 with UK delivery - e.g. from
here but shop around as prices vary considerably.

According to the specifications for your PC on the Sony Web Site
here you have an nVidia GeForce4 MX 460 with 64 Mb DDR memory.
Can anyone advise on a suitable upgrade ?
