www.loganair.co.uk) or Aurigny (
www.aurigny.com) - not so glamorous destinations, but their planes are much smaller and actually require crew who are not so tall. I'm not sure what their minimum height is, but 6 months of reaching for bar boxes and pushing trolleys should make you grow half a centimetre!!!!!
