Standard type interview questions are asked. Check flight in G115C2 to see if you can fly/land and instruct to a good standard. If ok, followed by induction training (5 flights ?) in company std procedures and instruction techniques etc. They want to see a good progression in your std from the first check flight towards the end of the induction. If you know anyone in the company, try to get a copy of the G115C2 specs/limitations and the checklist/flows.
They don't expect perfection on the first flight nor the last. They want someone who shows drive and potential ( std throughout the industry me thinks) and a demostrated ability to follow std procedures.
