I saw this reported on Channel 4 News tonight, the old guy straightened himself as best he could in his wheelchair -- he still had his pride -- and after saying he never thought he would see anything like this, commented "It's not for me, it's not for me. It's for those that can't be here", and just managed to keep his composure. Still thinking of his mates after 90 years. Very moving, and when it cut back to the studio the news presenter's voice was cracking.
