they settled at 950p, after saying that 940p was a "significant undervaluation"....
It looks as if they had just not managed to get enough shares in for themselves and their friends but then, somone clinched a big deal and they were able to bend over and take it.
Now to sell them.....
Lucky there was no insider trading then.
