Because they borrowed more than they could afford, based on dreams sold to them by FTO's who convinced them that spending more money would get then a shiney jet job with 250hrs

Or want to move close to a particular base?
Or want quick experience on a useful type before applying for other operators?
Or just want to move onto a jet quickly?
Or want more money than they are currently getting?
I dont see anything on here that says accepting poor T & C's isnt anything other than stupid or daft
