I see that's the list for the DMEP - I think our 757s have an IDU installed (touchscreen panel as opposed to physical buttons), and I see from the list above things like AGDL, FM don't appear... I'll have a bash but guess there might be a different list somewhere.
Thanks for the info though Fargoo, and ICTSLB - sorry I think I didn't write my question that clearly. As you rightly say it's not really the parameters that the FDR itself is recording - this is just an interactive display to the pilots of a number of available parameters.
