It is obvious why easyJet can't get enough people.... they insist on paying 90% pay for six months to people like me who have load of A320 hours and are current on type.
Plus the pay is sh1t in the first place.
What a crappy recruitment idea, everyone knows pilots are only interested in one thing. MONEY.
