The RAF SAR crews do this regularly. Not just hearts but all sorts of casevacs...without looking for accolades!!!!
Accolades to the ground crew for being able to get the aircraft ready along with the rest of the people involved in the evolution.

No dig at anyone in particular fella, it's just that the GE and ALM would have been running round with their hair on fire getting the frame ready for a prompt departure, round the route etc etc and as usual 50% of the team never get a mention. Ho hum
