Well, the kaptin is up to his game of oneupmanship again.
The statistics as I know them are:
In our company, not one recruit failed the initial JCAB medical, not even the pre medical medical when you're screened on arrival to ensure you will pass;
Not one failed the ground school;
Not one failed the initial sim check;
One failed the final check to line, but passed on his second attempt, and
Very few of the original number are left, and I think only one is going to renew (Our experience is similar on that one).
So it seems our experiences are widely at variance, but I stick by my original assertion and that is the JCAB medical is not a difficult medical, quirky perhaps, but not difficult.
I'm sure the kaptin will want to have the final say though. Wouldn't you hate to be married to him; his wife would never be right, poor girl.
