Fractional ownership hourly cost

Being a pilot in this frustrating market, I have ventured into new studies to enhance my chances of employment in an unrelated field (logistics management)
Doing a project on corporate travel and am looking for some ballpark figures on operating costs etc.
The specific questions are:
For mid-size jet operated under fractional ownership (for example by a worldwide company that starts with N) what are estimated hourly operating costs?
When, as a customer, a block of hours are purchased - what is the hourly price? Who pays relocation? (obviously the customer but is it incorporated in the hourly price)
plus any other words of wisdom on corporate aviation.
The focus on the project is on the european market.
