Equatorial Guinea Helicopter Ops

No standards set in EG for Helicopter Ops, CHC do in house audits, the SACAA audit is a joke on ZS registered aircraft, the Belguim goes up to EG for a whoring vacation, the oil auditors keep them honest.

The only other civil helicopter operator is General Work Aviation, who don't comply with any FAA regs although they operate N4102U which has been de-registered on the FAA aircraft registry. Checkout http://registry.faa.gov/aircraftinquiry/NNum_inquiry.asp the aircraft is flown by a couple of Aussie pilots, wonder what the Aussie CAA and the FAA would say about there current practices. Guess what no SOP's. Evidently they also operate an Augusta 109, anybody know what their registration is or possibly paste a photo on it.
