Seriously, it's not a difficult medical even though it has that reputation. They give you an epilepsy test which is not done anywhere else in the world now, even ridiculed elsewhere, but is responsible for knocking back a few who don't have epilepsy (that's why it's no longer done elsewhere), and provided you don't have a Body Mass Index that only a 150 kg, 1.5 metre guy would have, you should pass.
Then the difficult part starts; you have to deal with JCAB examiners, the bonanza pilots who examine on everything from lighties to 747's. They're another story.
