?
Do you mean by June 1994?
Do you mean ever?
Because it was fitted to some by 1995.
And, I believe, some equipment was delivered soon after the first HC2 a/c.
So your statement is misleading.

As I said in my previous post, why not (just for interest, say) just find out when the first sets were fitted and to which a/c.
