Hate to bust your bubble but realistically the chances of an Australian airline sponsoring you to Australia are somewhere between Buckley's and none. You've missed that opportunity by 17 years!
You could try independent migration but as a pilot, non skills in demand occupation, I suspect the point system will beat you.
