The rentals for stand alone 3 bedroom villa,unfurnished, is 11000 Qatari riyal and furnished will go to 14000 - 16000. And if in a compound then unfurnished will start from 15000 - 18000.
QR is only paying Qatari riyal 6500/month so think twice....
