You wouldn't have perhaps been referring to myself and a couple of others who worked there a while back. I think we all left for the same reasons, having spoken to the others recently. You're not far from the truth mind!
It's always going to be hard to stay put when two members of staff are salaried and get every weekend off, and complain all of the time, and the others are on an hourly flying rate of only £40/hr, taxed at source (PAYE), and then also expected to be in work every day possible without pay for sitting on the ground if the weather's !!!!e! To those type of employers, I say go forth and mulitply!
It's just a trial lesson factory down there anyway. No prizes for guessing what the salesman for ther heli's used to be.
