The bad news is that if you look at the bid list there only seems to be one person in the company who has bid for 146 F/O at BHD and who has completed the two years which F/Os can "expect to serve on the turboprop fleet".
Assuming a need for more than one F/O at BHD there is no problem therefore with Liftman being recruited, especially if he is already type rated - thus saving the company money rather than them have the expense of training someone to fly an aircraft which will be phased out before the bond finished.
Doesn't mean I support it happening but hopefully if he/she does join there won't be to much antagonism in the crew room - Flybe internal politics isn't Liftmans fault.
