You idiot - Must be hard to walk in a straight line with that big chip on your sholder. The "just get it flying culture" is similar to what most airlines operate on (aircraft dont make jack sitting on the ground) At the end of the day these people are professionals, the engineers wont sign anything out that is'nt up to spec and the crew wont operate it.
