Maybe I'm too patient, but I'll wait until pay day and see what I get. If, as I expect, it's still wrong then a letter of complaint will be my only option.
The most annoying thing is that I've had flying pay every month since Dec 98 and I've had no change of circumstances with the introduction of jpa! I'm wasting an awful lot of time chasing it all up too!!
