I assume this is for a two year contract post, you'll get turboprop money and no other benefits, pension etc. I'm not sure exactly what you mean when you ask about the management but they are probably no better or worse than any other. The job itself will basically be 4 sector earlies or lates, typically 5 on, 2 off but not necessaily sticking to this pattern. The post from alpha charlie is actually what you will get used to were you to join, basically, turboprop f/o's who've been in the company 5 mins think they should make all the decisions on who should and shouldn't be employed.
