From LASORS:
The test includes full
and limited panel instrument flying, use of radio
navigation aids whilst flying by sole reference to
instruments, instrument approach procedures, bad
weather circuits and landings.
I've heard it said that if you get put in a hold it forms part of the test, but I've not seen it written down anywhere.
