Indeed! - and that goes for everyone, as oversleeping is not a valid excuse for being late. If one crew member oversleeps, it puts that aircrafts schedule out for the WHOLE day, leading to disruption for up to 18 crew members and a possible 1560 passengers - that makes you think!
Plus, if minimum rest has been rostered for crew members, the disruption could lead into the next day too - all due to one person oversleeping
