Sad news hearing about Emeralds demise.
Had the same thing happen 6yrs ago. The appointed liquidators dismissed us with out thought.
Our Balpa rep took the liquidators
elloite and Toilet: to County Court for not following the correct proceedures, we all got a good payout including hol pay from the DTI about 6 months later.
