The earliest report from LGW is 04:55 local for an Alicante flight, the latest report will most probably be around 20:00 for an Ibiza (going by past experience).

On day 1 of the working week you should not be reporting before 06:00 local and on day 6 (last day on) you should be landed and on chocks by 23:31 local. Any other day of the week you can start before 06:00 local or finish by about 03:20 local (when the Ibiza usually gets back).

My typical average day would usually start at say 05:15 (when on an early duty) for the pre-flight briefing, taking off an hour later and getting off the aircraft anything from 4 1/2 to 8 hours later. A typical late duty would report somewhere between 10:40 and 16:10 - the earlier the report would usually mean a 4 sector day, the later the report a 2 sector day. 4 sector late duties can last up to 11 hours (from report time) and 2 sector late duties up to 8 hours (from report time).

They work you bloody hard, but the money is good!
