You mean the man has to wait two weeks for the piece of paper to cycle through the CAA before he can fly the machine? Upon successful completion of the check ride, the examiner cannot issue the necessary paperwork on the spot even in a temporary fashion pending receipt of the official paperwork from the CAA?
