Just my thoughts, nursing our own insecurity and ego's won't help in any episode of despute, and these will certainly be the "norms" in the future of us airline aviators, the world has changed now, its a new ground we must acknowledge, and somehow new strategies must now come in place. Just have no idea what it is now
