The JSJET findings
were concluded and presented to MOD at the end of 05!! Their recommendations have proved to be hard pill to swallow for the treasury - so its now at 2* level - and is being positively pursued!! But why someone from the high level pay chain can't or won't say what is going on is abhorrant - but is only typical of our leadership!
Lets face it - some senior individual probably got lots of brownie points for the trade merger, NCA PAS and getting rid of the commissioned cadre - but now its pay back time!!! literally.......and with BAFF on the horizon they had better come up with the goods or the future manning problems will be far worse than they are now!
