Gets even better when they still guide a Fokker either too far or too close. Thus requiring a tug to reposition the aircraft and causing a further 10 mins delay to disembark!
They seem to like to do this with the A346 too. Then who foot's the bill for the tug to come out and re-position the a/c - yes the airline

All because the BAA are too lazy to paint the stop bars properly on the stand, and add the a/c type to the PAPA board !!.

Then when you call up Airfield Ops to complian - you get an "Oh Sorry" or "well our guy indicated to stop but the Capt stopped too early/late*" - *delete as applicable !!!.
