While Captain Rat's comments about calling them "mini hitlers" is a bit harsh, I can only agree about the humourous aspects of watching them guide aircraft on stands! Truely an art form which must take years of training!
Gets even better when they still guide a Fokker either too far or too close. Thus requiring a tug to reposition the aircraft and causing a further 10 mins delay to disembark!
