Most Indian Co-pilots flying in airlines are Trash
Howdy Guys, I was there sometime back in India flying for Air Deccan. Heard Paramount was a decent airline. I would luv to move on to the Ejets from my current ATRs. Only hope that some of these tough nut cohorts dont scare the local authorities and us expats from coming in. The Indian Co-pilots most I that have seen in Air Deccan are trash. Imagine man, a cpl holder with barely 500 hrs is recruited for airline flying. These good for nothings sometime have an attitude that needs to be crushed with an iron hand. Most of them fail and are shown the boot. Another airline in India Kingfisher recruited a lot of CPL holders of just 250 hrs for A320 training !!!. naturally most failed. Where else in the world can you fly an airline without ATPL. India local authority must ban these immature CPL holders from getting into airline till these guys get better experience. One of my fellow pilots lost his license becoz of a stupid mistake his Indian co-pilot did. The plane crashed and now he is jobless and grounded. They pay these useless good for nothings more than what our P1s get back home here. No wonder these greedy gluttons dont want expats rushing in
