Instructor or Safety Pilot?
I am a VFR only pilot. No instrument privilidges.
Can I legally put on a pair of foggles for some instrument practice, remain in command, once a safety pilot is on board for lookout? By safety pilot I mean a pilot qualified and current on type.
Or do I need an instructor and be dual?
