There are actually many airside and landside jobs being recruited now by the BAA - 130ish is the number I heard - all supervisory and management.
They are not being advertised by the BAA - but by two seperate recruitment companies who are screening on BAA behalf . Interviews are daily at LHR.
Try looking in the main jobsite web sites - using the search engines for
'airport' 'flow manager' airside manager or such words........
[NOT the specialist airport/airline job sites......]
