My advice to you is dont change a thing. You have good standards so maintain them. If the guy next to you isnt following SOP then make sure you are.
.........Remember if it all turns to KAKA for ya ........do your job and make sure he is doing his. You are like 99.999% of pilots at EK this guy is a wild card and will be singled out before long

Chances are, if what you say is true, he is probably already known.
In an extreme case.......and I mean extreme case........... If you are still not happy....then call him......... tell him what a D
K head he was and you want to take it further. Notify flight saftey or your Fleet Manager............unless of course it was your Fleet Manager .......in that case disregard everthing I have just said and look forward to the next flight you have with him.
