As regards IE and capped actuals blah if everything you purchase is under £5 in value you can self certificate and DO NOT need to provide reciepts. Our imprest office have stated that if you decide to purchase snacks and beverages during the course of your night stop, each to a value of less than £5, you can self certificate the whole lot and DO NOT need to provide any reciepts
